We offer flower delivery across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Deliveries are made from Thursday - Saturday between 1pm to 6pm.  Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but will do our best to meet any requests. If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe place unless otherwise instructed.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer returns. If you are unhappy with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or partial refund if there is an issue with freshness or quality. Please include a photo of the flowers and your order number.
We respect your privacy and only collect necessary personal information to process your orders. Your information will never be shared or sold. We use secure payment systems and take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
By using our website and placing orders, you agree to our policies. All floral designs are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if a flower is unavailable. Prices are in AUD and subject to change.
