booking and deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% required to secure your date. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.


payments

The final balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Late payments may incur an additional fee or may risk cancellation of services.


Creative License & Exclusivity

You trust our artistic vision and allow us creative freedom to make necessary floral substitutions. To ensure a cohesive design, we must be your only floral provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Changes & Amendments

Two rounds of quote revisions are included free of charge. Further amendments may incur a $150 admin fee to cover additional time and admin work. Changes can be made of less than 20% to your wedding quote up until 12 weeks before the date. Added value of less than $500 can be added at any point until 3 days before the date.


Cancellations

If you cancel after paying your deposit, it is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee. In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to emergency, a full refund will be issued and we will assist in finding an alternative florist where possible.


substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. While every effort is made to match your preferred blooms, substitutions may be made with the closest possible match in colour, style, and value. Substitutions will always maintain the integrity of the design and aesthetic discussed.


Delivery & Set-Up

Delivery, set-up, and pack-down fees are quoted based on location and timing. Access details must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks before the event.


Hire Items

Any hired items (vases, stands, etc.) remain the property of Pulkra Florals. These must be returned in original condition within 7 days of the event unless otherwise arranged. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.


Photography

We reserve the right to photograph floral designs for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. Client names and venues are only shared with permission.


Pricing Increases

For events booked more than three (3) months in advance, all quoted prices are subject to adjustment due to potential increases in the cost of flowers, materials, and supply chain factors beyond our control. In the event of a price increase, the Client will be notified in writing, and any adjustments will be reflected in the final invoice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise increases and offer suitable alternatives where possible while maintaining the overall style and quality agreed upon.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, transportation strikes, etc.).
